Assess the impact of the EU and its Member States' actions in support of implementation of the SDGs in developing countries, in order to contribute to EU reporting to the 2023 HLPF, as part of the EU VNR to be prepared by the Commission for this event. This should be done in a manner that highlights the external projection of EU priorities under the von der Leyen Commission and the EU collective action, including in response to the Covid-19 crisis through Team Europe
