Expertise Advisors (EA) is a multidisciplinary consultancy based in Paris created in 2010 whose main objective is to contribute to the development of emerging countries by working on cross-cutting issues of Public Development Aid funded by the IFIs (European Union, World Bank, Bilateral Cooperation Agencies, etc).
With 4 main poles of activity: environment, energy, trade & private sector and justice & good governance, our company is involved on a daily basis in operations worldwide with a particular focus on sub-Saharan Africa, the Balkans, CIS and the Middle East (as well as some other regions on more punctual basis).
Expertise Advisors is consortium member in five lots related to the EU framework contract procedure on the period 2018-2021: Sustainable Management of Natural Resources; Infrastructure, Sustainable growth and Job; Human Rights, Democracy and Peace; Human Development and Safety Net; Innovative Financing for Development. EA is also member of DAI consortium for the lot "Monitoring and Evaluation" since 2016.
Besides, Expertise Advisors is currently leading a consortium for two lots related to the AFD (French Development Agency) framework Energy contract: Modeling and optimization of electrical systems; Modeling energy trajectories.
Finally, the company is also a consortium member for AFD FWC contract: Mobility of urban and Peri-urban Transportand the EIB FWC contract: Climate Action.
