The objectives of this EU evaluation is to provide evidence based findings on (i) the quality of the results achieved by the action (ACP-EU Building Safety and Resilience in the Pacific (BSRP)) and its contribution towards the implementation sustainable development goals in target countries, (ii) the factors driving or hindering progress and (iii) an understanding of the cause and effect links between: inputs and activities, and outputs, outcomes and impacts.
