The assignment is an ex-post evaluation of six actions/projects under the Financing Agreement for the programme “Promotion of the respect of Rule of Law in Kyrgyzstan with particular emphasis on Transparency and Accountability”. The six actions to be evaluated are the following:
  • Media and Civi Participation for Transparency and Accountability
  • Creating a Culture of Investigative Journalism for furthering Democratic Reform – Linking Human Rights Organisations, Government Officials and the Media to promote Change
  • Building the role of Civil Society to improve access to justice and strengthen the Rule of Law in the Kyrgyz Republic
  • Civil Society and Media: Guarantor for the Integrity of local self-government in Kyrgyzstan
  • Media and Civic participation for transparency and accountability
  • Strengthening the Civil Society participation in Public Councils in Kyrgyzstan
The overall team includes 3 experts and the project must be completed in 4 months
