The ambition of the Territorial Development Support Program (PADT) is to support an integrated approach aimed at reducing territorial disparities for the benefit of Morocco's disadvantaged rural areas. The Territorial Development Support Program (PADT) is a program whose formulation is complete but which required adjustments to allow the finalization of the Technical and Administrative Provisions (TAP) of the future financing agreement. Expertise Advisors intervened to finalize the TAPs and ToRs of the two Technical Assistances planned under the PADT as well as to define at best more profitability and impact indicators. The full team consisted of 3 experts and the project was implemented over 6 months.
