The main objectives of the evaluation are to present to the relevant external cooperation services of the European Union, the partner government, the beneficiaries of the PSDSP and, where appropriate, the general public:
An overall assessment of the results of the PSDSP intervention;
The main lessons of the intervention and recommendations to improve the impact of PSDSP achievements and complementarity with future actions.
