In order to expand Suriname’s business, investment and export-d trade in traditional and non-traditional products sector to achieve sustainable economic growth and development, a professional NQI has to be put in place. The objective of this assignment is to draft a framework for Suriname’s NQI and an implementation plan to strengthen the National Quality Infrastructure (NQI) for Suriname. These outcomes should result in facilitation of the competitiveness of Suriname’s products and services on national and international markets.
