Strengthen the capacity of young Algerian journalists to become enlightened actors in the information and communication society by developing their skills in filtering and sorting out media messages spilled afloat on the net and in learning to use and produce a media content from a critical perspective while respecting professional ethics and professional rules
Strengthen the links between young citizens and their radio through programs on media education which enable them to acquire an ability to detect the difference between news, publicity and propaganda, as well as the ability to protect and be safe on the internet.
