The overall objective of the project was to support the continuation of the public administration reform (PAR) by assisting the Ministry of Information Society and Administration in the process of preparation of the new PAR 2017-2022 strategy and in the preparation of PAR Sector Planing Documents as part of the programming of IPA 2 assistance.
