The overall objective of the project is to strengthen the capacities of law enforcement agencies in the fight against organised and serious crime. The project purpose is the preparation of a feasibility study, standard operational procedures and technical specifications for the supply of necessary equipment (including software and other technical items for the institutions fighting corruption, organized and serious crime, financing of terrorism, financial crime and fraud of EU funds) as well as to conduct market studies and cost estimation for the above mentioned equipment in order to perform successful tender procedure for the supply contract(s) under IPA 2013 Project “Justice, home affairs and fundamental rights”.
