Development of the business plans for renewable energy communities in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH)

Objectives

The main objective of this assignment is to support relevant stakeholders and GIZ DecES with preparation of the business plans for selected REC projects in BiH which is needed for collecting sufficient financial assets for further implementation of the projects.

Specific objectives:

The complete task refers to three (3) outputs relevant to preparation of the business plans for REC projects:

Output 1: Template for the REC project business plan;

(1) Outline of the Template for the REC project business plan

(2) Draft of the Template for the REC project business plan

(3) Review of draft Template for the REC project business plan

(4) Final document

Output 2: Business plans:

(1) Draft outlines of the REC project business plans

(2) Drafts of the REC project business plans

(3) Review of drafts of the REC project business plans

(4) Final documents

Output 3: Training sessions.
