Mid-term Evaluation of ASEP Program

Objectives: The overall objective of ASEP is to assist the Government of the Philippines in expanding its sustainable energy generation to meet the growing needs of its economy, and provide energy access to the poor and marginalized sector in accordance with the Philippines Development Plan. The specific objectives of ASEP are to: Generate more electricity from renewable energy Increase the efficiency of energy use Increase access for the poor to affordable, disaster-resilient energy systems. Outputs: A preliminary analysis report of the existing situation and project work plan; An interim activity report; A draft final report, describing briefly the achievements, problems encountered and recommendations. A final Report + Executive Summary
