Provision of support services for the coordination of the EuPP programme

The project aims to support the coordination of the European Partnership for Public Procurement (EuPP), a joint initiative of European partners designed to strengthen the efficiency, transparency, and sustainability of public procurement systems in low- and middle-income countries.

Building on international initiatives such as the MAPS methodology, EuPP seeks to position public procurement as a strategic lever for sustainable development, innovation, investment mobilisation, and good governance.

The overall objective is to contribute to the modernisation and performance of public procurement systems, in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The specific objective is to ensure effective strategic and operational coordination of the EuPP partnership, guaranteeing coherence between its components, smooth information flows among stakeholders, and alignment with programme objectives.
