Identification and formulation of a sustainable and inclusive rural development program in support of the "Green Generation" and "Forests of Morocco" strategies

Objectives: The general objective is to contribute to the implementation of the European Union's cooperation strategy with the Kingdom of Morocco in terms of promoting sustainable and inclusive agricultural and forestry development. The specific objective is to identify and formulate the EU support program for the "Green Generation" and "Forests of Morocco" strategies, with a view to supporting sustainable and inclusive agricultural and forestry development, " climate-smart", creator of decent jobs, and promoter of social equity in rural areas, especially for young people and women. The formulation of this new €100M program in Morocco is part of the "Green Deal" drafted by the European Commission. The EU Green Deal envisions making a transition to a climate-neutral "green" economy (the absence of net greenhouse gas emissions by 2050), resilient, clean and circular, contributing to the protection and regeneration of natural resources.
