End of Term Evaluation of ACP-EU Building Safety and Resilience in the Pacific (BSRP) Contribution Agreement FED/2013/327-152

The objectives of this EU evaluation is to provide evidence based findings on (i) the quality of the results achieved by the action (ACP-EU Building Safety and Resilience in the Pacific (BSRP)) and its contribution towards the implementation sustainable development goals in target countries, (ii) the factors driving or hindering progress and (iii) an understanding of the cause and effect links between: inputs and activities, and outputs, outcomes and impacts. The specific objectives are to provide the relevant services of the EU, the interested stakeholders in the region and the wider public with: An overall independent assessment of the performance of the BSRP with particular attention to intermediate results against objectives and the underlying reasons underpinning the results; Key lessons learned, conclusions and related recommendations in order to improve practical follow-up actions under the EU and Pacific regional strategies that have underpinned the BSRP deployment.
