Technical Assistance for the preparation of the Terms of Reference for the IPA 2015 Action 'Improving capacities for planning and implementing agricultural policy in Serbia in the process of EU Accession'

The activities of the project team: Preparation of the ToR for tendering of service contract under IPA 2015 Action "Improving capacities for planning and implementing agricultural policy in Serbia in the process of EU accession" with provisional budget and Logical Framework Matrix. Organisation of the two workshops, during the process of preparation of the Terms of Reference, involving all project stakeholders, in order to precisely define priorities and desired outputs of the action. Providing all necessary technical and administrative assistance to support the work of the Evaluation Committee during the evaluation. The outputs: ToR for service contract under IPA 2015 Action "Improving capacities for planning and implementing agricultural policy in Serbia in the process of EU accession" with provisional budget and Logical Framework Matrix prepared and approved by the Beneficiary and the EUD Two workshops for the project stakeholders delivered. Report on support provided to the work of the evaluation committee provided and adopted.
